Calgary, Ottawa, & Toronto

Hey,

Updates on our trip. We went to Calgary, woah, the downtown didn't look safe and the shops are all closed at 6pm! We settled for Macdonalds again (Sick of fast food) Hahaha! Then we shopped at Wal*Mart and when we left the place at 9pm, it was snowing! Wah, beautiful flakes of ice.. Very cold though..Slept at the airport waiting for an early flight to Ottawa..

It was the first time I took an airplane with no other Asians except Ming En and I.. Feels kinda weird.. Well, we reached the airport safely (great service and smooth landing in Air Canada) & took two buses to reach the bus terminal to take a Greyhound to Toronto. For the high price we paid, we have to endure a bus loaded with 60 people, small space, carry our own luggage into the bus & basically suffer the whole journey. How I appreciate taking Grassland from Singapore to KL. Haha!

Currently in Toronto, in a hostel named Canadiana Lodging & doing my laundry. That's why I have so much things to comment. Hahaha! :) I have SOOOO much static elasticity. Arghhh!! ;) Going for buffet later, hopefully we do eat there. .Tell you more when I come back, there is FREE wireless access in Canadiana Lodging. Hip Hip Hooray!

We saw a WOLF on the mountain. .Suppose to keep 10 bus length away from it. .However, we didn't see a bear here. Now, we are in Calgary Library and will be travelling to Ottawa and Toronto tomorrow. . Keep you guys in touch. .

Most lakes in Canadian Rockies are either frozen or half frozen at this time of the year. Beautiful but super lots of BIG mosquitoes. . 

Ming En climbing to the summit . . Didn't start from the base, we took a Jasper Tramway up! Ok, he put in a lot of hard work to climb up coz I didn't climb! Too tired!!
