It was such a coincidence! We met xiaoshi and sylvia in New York City, it was unexpected because they just completed an exchange program in London! It is such a small world, we met Benno (St Gallen student) later in the evening while crossing the road. 

Both of us walked past NYU (New York University) and they had some graduation ceremony. It was cool! 

FREE Staten Island Ferry - recommended by delphine. We saw Statue of Liberty for the first time, not in movies! 

A glimpse of Central Park! ;) And I brought hippo along! 

Day trip to NYC - The city that never sleeps, a little overwhelming because I didn't expect the city to be so vibrant with colors, and tons of skyscrapers.
